Delete your Unsealy account

In the app

1. Open Unsealy and go to the settings.
2. Under your account, choose "Delete account".
3. Confirm the deletion. An email account also asks for your password.

Without the app

Write from your account's email address to info@unsealy.de. We delete your account after checking that it is yours. If you joined as a guest, tell us the calendar's name and your display name.

What is deleted

• Your login: your email address and password or your anonymous account ID
• Calendars you created with all their images, for all members too
• Your memberships, display names and join requests in other calendars
• Your devices for reminders, your block list and your list of sent reports

What stays for a while

• Firebase removes login data and installation IDs from live and backup systems within 180 days.
• Deleted images can stay recoverable in Cloud Storage for up to 7 days.
• We delete reports sent to us within 30 days after dealing with them, unless we need them longer for a legal claim or the police.
